I can tell that the poster was admitted based mostly on merit: Sound methodology, sound theory, high GRE scores, stellar recommendations, (real life) work experience and an amazing personal essay. And skin color.

If "hit the nail on the head" means "bringing to the table" an attitude of indignation and "hear me out, I'm a PoC!" then that's not really bringing anything to the table. Funnily enough the poster admits that her skin color makes her unique -- I guess meritocracy is only used for certain scenarios. Like when you're a PoC who tries to defend their admittance to an elite institution/program, but then play the race card in your favor of "special snowflake." I can sense HtNotH is nothing special. The committee made a mistake.

When social sciences, or better yet when SJW's and rabbits take over the disciplines, try to go Inception it reveals its modern warts.

Remember, these are the people who are attaining/have attained doctorates, go onto hold tenured track positions at prestigious higher education institutions to later influence the easily impressionable & naive students. These students if they are of a certain skin color (black, then they probably, in a very obnoxious way, are proud of their "blackness"; if white, then they're probably pissed off at so-called white privilege and hate anyone who doesn't support abortion or same-sex relationships ... they probably want to pursue a doctorate in SJWiology as well) will hold whatever butt hurtness till they die. They then publish articles in research journals that will be used as "proof" to support their left-leaning positions and beliefs. This is all under the name of academia. Instead of priests, the left have professors. They make those who take vows of religious life look like pearls of wisdom. No, they further prove that such a group have more wisdom and insight of the human condition than academics.
